MUSIC HALL TICKET POLICIES Every individual, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend an event at The Music Hall. We generally recommend parents not to bring children under the age of 3 to the theater, unless otherwise noted in the performance description. FEES: The Music Hall strives to keep ticket fees well below the likes of TicketMaster etc. Ticket fees are collected to cover the costs of maintaining and staffing the box office as well as to collect money for the restoration of The Music Hall. There are also additional charges for delivery by US mail, but no-cost alternatives are available. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TICKETS CAREFULLY FOR THE CORRECT DATE, TIME, PRICE & SEAT LOCATION. The Music Hall is not responsible for errors not reported within 48 hours of receipt. DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIED AFTER TICKETS ARE PLACED IN THE SHOPPING CART. LATE SEATING will be done at the discretion of the House Management. Frequently, the show's touring management or performers instruct latecomers be seated at a specific break in the performance and in the rear of the theatre. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES: The only time a refund will be offered is when a performance has been cancelled. INCLEMENT WEATHER: If a performance takes place, despite adverse weather conditions, The Music Hall will not issue refunds or exchanges to patrons who do not attend. If you have any questions about these policies or regarding the box office in general, please email us |
